Terms of Service

Jibawi Health AI provides a private dashboard, synchronization service, optional automated analysis and an authorized ChatGPT connector for user-approved Oura wellness data.

Wellness use only

The service is informational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a medical device or an emergency service. Do not delay professional care based on its output. Contact local emergency services for urgent concerns.

Authorization and account security

You must use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Access is restricted through Jibawi Identity and may require additional authentication. You remain responsible for the security of your identity-provider and Oura accounts, devices and connected ChatGPT workspace.

ChatGPT connector

The connector is read-only and task-proposal-only. It does not modify Oura data or create Notion tasks. Any separate write action must use its own authorization and approval process. Connector access may be revoked at any time.

Availability and accuracy

Metrics and insights depend on Oura, network availability, source-data quality and configured third-party services. Outputs may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect and must be independently verified before important decisions.

Privacy

Use of the service is subject to the Privacy Policy. Oura, Keycloak hosting and OpenAI are separate services governed by their respective terms and privacy practices.
